Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable/receivable transactions on weekends
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts bi-weekly
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Assist with month-end closing procedures on Saturdays
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Support audit preparation during weekend work periods
- Maintain accurate financial documentation in QuickBooks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven ability to meet strict weekend deadlines
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
