Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and weekend transaction reports
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies during weekend shifts
- Process payroll and vendor payments within weekend deadlines
- Assist with month-end closing procedures during weekend hours
- Provide weekend support for audit preparation and compliance tasks
- Collaborate with senior accountants on weekend financial reporting
- Maintain accurate weekend transaction logs and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Knowledge of GAAP and weekend compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills for weekend team collaboration
- Valid driver's license for occasional weekend client visits
