Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with weekend-specific processing schedules
- Prepare month-end and quarter-end financial statements with weekend reconciliation deadlines
- Process payroll for weekend staff and contractors using ADP systems
- Conduct weekend bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Support weekend audit preparation with documentation review
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for weekend transaction processing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8 AM - 5 PM)
- Strong GAAP knowledge and compliance experience
- Experience with multi-state tax filings
- Detail-oriented with error reconciliation expertise
- Ability to work independently in weekend environments
