Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile financial transactions with weekend-specific deadlines
- Prepare month-end closing reports and variance analyses
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles for weekend operations
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless financial handoffs
- Update and maintain QuickBooks/ERP systems
- Support weekend payroll processing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with 2+ years experience
- QuickBooks/SAP proficiency required
- Weekend availability essential (Sat/Sun 8am-5pm)
- Strong GAAP knowledge and tax preparation experience
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- CPA or eligible for Texas CPA license preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
