Responsibilities
- Process month-end closing tasks during weekend shifts
- Reconcile GL accounts and bank statements
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory reports
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
- Implement internal controls and compliance procedures
- Analyze financial data using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Mentor junior accounting staff on weekend rotations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Weekend shift availability (Sat-Sun 6AM-2PM)
- Strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge and audit experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work independently under deadlines
