Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX regulations, and internal controls
- Lead accounts reconciliation processes for bank accounts, investments, and intercompany transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy
- Manage tax preparation and filing processes in coordination with external auditors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with full-cycle responsibilities
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and internal controls
- Proven experience with month-end closing, financial reporting, and reconciliations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
