Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state/local payroll regulations and tax filings
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and wage adjustments with meticulous accuracy
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies weekly
- Support HRIS data integrity and employee record maintenance
- Collaborate with finance team on payroll budgeting and forecasting
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- Expertise in ADP Workforce Now or comparable payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and Ohio BWC regulations
- CPA or PHR certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table proficiency
- Exceptional problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential data with discretion
