Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, tax filings, and year-end reconciliations
- Handle employee payroll inquiries with exceptional professionalism
- Maintain compliance with federal and Florida state labor regulations
- Collaborate with HR on benefits deductions and time-off tracking
- Generate payroll reports for executive review and auditing
- Support implementation of new payroll systems and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Deep understanding of FLSA, garnishment laws, and multi-state taxation
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality standards
- Experience with 401(k) administration and benefit deductions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
