Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees bi-weekly using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations including Oregon payroll tax laws
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefits enrollment with 99.8% accuracy
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies within SLA timeframe
- Generate monthly payroll reports for executive leadership and external auditors
- Lead quarterly payroll audits and implement process improvements
- Train new hires on payroll systems and policy procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or comparable payroll platforms
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
- Expert knowledge of Oregon wage & hour laws and federal FLSA requirements
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and macros
- Proven track record of resolving complex payroll discrepancies
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field
