Responsibilities
- Process and submit insurance claims with 99% accuracy
- Resolve billing discrepancies and patient inquiries within 24 hours
- Reconcile accounts receivable monthly using Epic EMR systems
- Analyze denial trends and implement corrective actions
- Comply with HIPAA, CMS, and Arizona state regulations
- Collaborate with coding teams for charge capture optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years medical billing experience in Arizona
- Expertise in CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding
- Proficiency in Epic Resolute or similar EMR platforms
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare guidelines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
