Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll using ADP and QuickBooks systems
- Calculate and distribute wages, bonuses, deductions, and tax withholdings
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate employee records and payroll documentation
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Assist with year-end tax filings and payroll audits

Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel
