Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and year-end reconciliations
- Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and benefit changes
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and external audits
- Maintain accurate payroll records in SAP HR system
- Respond to payroll inquiries with exceptional service
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Expertise in ADP payroll software and SAP HR systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Strong understanding of FLSA, AZ state labor laws
- Proven ability to meet strict payroll deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
