- Reconcile AR reports with EHR systems monthly
- Train staff on billing compliance protocols
- Optimize charge entry accuracy to <99.5%
- Collaborate with collections team for aged receivables
- Prepare monthly revenue cycle analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years medical billing experience required
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) preferred
- Expertise in CPT/ICD-10 coding
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP macros
- Experience with Epic EHR systems
- Texas state billing license
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
