- Utilize Epic and NextGen EMR systems for coding and documentation
- Collaborate with providers to ensure proper charge capture and documentation
- Conduct monthly billing audits and compliance reviews
- Train staff on billing policies and regulatory updates
- Generate financial reports for departmental leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience with commercial and government payers
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification required
- Expertise in CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and billing software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for patient/provider interactions
- Ability to manage high-volume deadlines in fast-paced environment
