Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices across multiple client accounts
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with clients and internal teams
- Generate monthly/quarterly billing reports and financial statements
- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations (HIPAA, CMS)
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing issues
- Optimize billing workflows using SAP and QuickBooks systems
- Conduct regular audits of billing processes for accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical or corporate billing experience
- Proficiency in billing software (SAP, Epic, or QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of healthcare billing regulations (CPT, ICD-10)
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) a plus
