Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for 500+ enterprise clients
- Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve payment discrepancies
- Generate accurate invoices and monthly financial reports
- Collaborate with sales teams on contract terms and revenue recognition
- Implement billing system improvements using Salesforce CPQ
- Ensure HIPAA and PCI compliance for healthcare clients
- Train junior staff on billing protocols and software
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical/enterprise billing experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Salesforce
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong knowledge of revenue recognition principles
- Proven ability to resolve complex billing disputes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
