- Collaborate with medical coding teams to ensure CPT/ICD-10 compliance
- Generate monthly financial reports and aging analysis for executive review
- Implement process improvements to reduce billing cycle time by 20%
- Train junior billing staff on company protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience with commercial insurance carriers
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC credential required
- Advanced proficiency in Epic and NextGen EHR systems
- Expert knowledge of HIPAA compliance and CMS regulations
- Proven track record of reducing AR days below national average
