Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices with purchase orders and contracts
- Manage account receivables and collections with strategic follow-ups
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment issues within SLAs
- Generate monthly/quarterly revenue reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate billing
- Implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency
- Comply with SOX controls and financial regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of billing/receivables experience in financial services
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and billing software
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table proficiency
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Certification (e.g., CBP, CTP) preferred
- Ability to manage high-volume transactions under pressure
