Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end medical billing processes including coding, claim submission, and follow-up
- Resolve billing discrepancies and denials through strategic payer negotiations
- Generate and analyze aging reports to optimize accounts receivable cycles

Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a healthcare setting
- Expertise in CPT/ICD-10 coding and CMS regulations
- Proficiency with Epic, Athena, or similar EHR billing systems
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or equivalent credential preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
