Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices across multiple payment systems
- Manage accounts receivable with 95%+ collection rate targets
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment inquiries within 24 hours
- Generate monthly/quarterly financial reports for executive review
- Ensure HIPAA/GDPR compliance in all billing operations
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve contract billing ambiguities
- Optimize billing workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
Qualifications
- 3+ years in medical/technical billing with AR experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) or equivalent
- Proven ability to meet strict monthly/quarterly deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99.5% accuracy rate
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex payment disputes
- Experience with EDI 835/837 claim processing
