Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now including garnishments, commissions, and complex deductions
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws (FLSA, FICA, GA withholding) and SOX requirements
- Manage tax filings, year-end reconciliations (W-2/1099), and audit preparations
- Develop payroll reports for executive leadership and HR analytics
- Train and mentor junior payroll staff on system updates and best practices
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and leave tracking
Qualifications
- 5+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent HRIS expertise
- Deep knowledge of GA payroll regulations and federal tax codes
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Proven problem-solving with payroll discrepancies and system integrations
