Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and timely posting.
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation processes.
- Prepare and review financial reports, trial balances, and balance sheets.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
