Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for diverse client portfolios
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 98% accuracy
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets)
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Oversee payroll processing and tax filings
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for all accounting functions
- Provide financial analysis for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks Online certification required
- Expertise in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Associate degree in Accounting/Finance (preferred)
- Attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
