Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow)
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor relationships
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax filings
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Support audits and implement internal controls
- Utilize QuickBooks and ERP systems for data management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent certification
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Proven track record of month-end closing processes
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
