Responsibilities
Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness in a timely manner.Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for accounts payable.Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions monthly.Prepare monthly expense reports and accruals.Assist with month-end close procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite) and MS Excel.Strong understanding of GAAP principles and invoice processing workflows.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
