Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax filings
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Manage vendor relationships and invoice processing
- Assist with annual audits and tax preparation

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
