Responsibilities
- Process transactions with 100% accuracy while maintaining strict compliance protocols
- Build lasting relationships through personalized financial consultations
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain organized cash drawers and perform daily reconciliation
- Support branch operations through fraud prevention and security measures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proven ability to perform high-volume transactions without errors
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations (Regulations CC, EFTA, BSA)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and credit check
