Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll bi-weekly using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate garnishments, bonuses, and commission payments
- Generate payroll reports for auditors and executives
- Resolve payroll discrepancies within 24 hours
- Stay current on FLSA, ACA, and state tax regulations
- Onboard new hires with payroll documentation
- Collaborate with HR on leave-of-absence tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Proficiency in Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Multi-state payroll compliance knowledge
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Business
- CPP certification or equivalent
- Experience with garnishment processing
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
