Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and problem resolution
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions while adhering to bank security protocols
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer financial needs
- Assist with new account openings, account maintenance, and regulatory compliance documentation
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless customer service operations
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain knowledge of banking regulations and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficient with banking software and digital transaction platforms
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations (e.g., BSA, AML)
