Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build genuine relationships with clients to identify financial needs and cross-sell bank products
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions while adhering to strict compliance protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and escalate complex issues to branch management
- Maintain confidential customer information and uphold bank security standards
- Actively participate in branch initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
- Support marketing campaigns and community outreach events to grow our local presence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic financial software and digital banking platforms
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
