Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to manage our financial workflows efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter invoices into accounting software and reconcile vendor accounts.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and communicate with vendors.
- Prepare and distribute monthly expense reports.
- Assist with the month-end close process and reconciliations.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, IF functions).
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
