Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile high-volume vendor invoices ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage payment cycles including ACH, wire transfers, and check disbursements
- Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries with exceptional professionalism
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams for seamless operations
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for invoice processing and reporting
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data validation)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical aptitude
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required (Bachelor's preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
