In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our financial health and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage general ledger accounts.
- Assist with the preparation of annual tax returns and federal/state filings.
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred but not required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP).
- Excellent knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
