Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger accounts and ensure accurate monthly/quarterly closing
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis for stakeholders
- Process accounts payable/receivable with precision and timeliness
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and loans
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
