Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Conduct audits and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently
- Maintain accurate financial records using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience, night shift preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- CPA or CMA certification highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
- Proven experience with GAAP compliance and tax regulations
