Responsibilities
- Financial Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Payroll Processing: Manage and process payroll for a select group of employees or clients during the weekend shift to ensure timely payment.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and expense reports.
- Account Management: Review and process invoices, expense reports, and accounts payable/receivable transactions with high precision.
- Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits.
- Compliance: Ensure all accounting activities comply with GAAP and company financial policies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably with weekend shift experience.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is mandatory.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a consistent basis.
