Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, and month-end closing
- Prepare financial statements and compliance reports for stakeholders
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and cost optimization opportunities
- Implement and improve internal controls for financial accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure adherence to GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Lead audit preparation processes and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with financial reporting software (Sage 100 a plus)
