Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile complex general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure accurate tax filings compliance
- Prepare monthly financial statements including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor relationship optimization
- Conduct internal audits and implement robust internal controls
- Collaborate with CFO on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and Excel for advanced financial modeling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience with multi-entity portfolios
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional certification (CPA/ACB preferred)
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel functions
- Proven track record of managing month-end/year-end closing cycles
- Deep understanding of GAAP, IRS regulations, and GA tax compliance
- Exceptional analytical skills with high accuracy standards
- Strong communication abilities for stakeholder reporting
