Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and variance analysis to support management decision-making.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) to maintain accurate financial records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel functions.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
