Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency
- Mentor junior accounting staff and provide cross-functional financial support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Expertise in financial reporting, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
