Role Overview:
We are expanding our accounting department and need a skilled professional to manage daily financial operations. This is a high-impact role requiring accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and process monthly financial statements and reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all financial data is up-to-date.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation filings.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical records.
- Review expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
