Responsibilities
- Process and record daily financial transactions accurately.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) for data entry and reporting.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- No prior professional experience is required; on-the-job training provided.
- Strong computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of math and financial concepts.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
