Responsibilities
- Execute daily banking transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their financial needs.
- Cross-sell bank products and services, such as savings accounts, CDs, and credit cards, to increase branch revenue.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with banking regulations.
- Maintain a neat and organized workspace, adhering to all security and safety protocols.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and direct them to appropriate personnel when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; prior experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash transactions with high accuracy.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
