Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive banking experience.
- Identify and cross-sell appropriate bank products and services to meet customer needs.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with opening new accounts and processing loan applications under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby and teller line area.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Finance or related field preferred.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be comfortable working with sensitive financial information.
