As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of our bank, providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring accurate financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with the highest level of accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional, friendly customer service to build lasting relationships.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for our financial products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Assist in maintaining the lobby area and keeping the teller line moving smoothly.
- Perform daily cash balancing and reconcile cash drawers at the end of the shift.
- Adhere to all bank security policies and regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to perform accurate calculations under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- Must pass a background check and a credit check as per banking regulations.
