Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their overall banking experience.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our banking products and services.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash counts and strict security procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or banking is preferred.
- Strong math skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with banking software.
