Responsibilities
- Cash Management: Accurately process cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing while maintaining strict audit standards.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to both consumer and commercial clients, answering inquiries and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Transaction Processing: Handle a high volume of transactions daily, ensuring accuracy and speed at the teller line.
- Product Promotion: Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities for loans, credit cards, and savings accounts.
- Compliance: Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and federal regulations including AML and KYC guidelines.
- Problem Resolution: Assist customers with account discrepancies and technical issues at the teller station.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Experience: Prior cash handling experience is a plus, but we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and advanced math skills with the ability to balance cash drawers.
- Personality: Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Technology: Proficiency in using Windows-based applications and bank teller software.
