Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with high accuracy and speed.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily settlement reports to ensure compliance with bank policies.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and resolving service issues efficiently.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales goals and contribute to team success.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming branch environment for all visitors and customers.
- Follow all security protocols and compliance regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
