Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to build long-term relationships.
- Sell financial products such as CDs, IRAs, and loan referrals to meet branch goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized teller workstation, ensuring compliance with security regulations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, escalating complex problems to management.
- Assist with branch operations, including balancing the cash drawer and opening/closing the branch.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
- Basic math and computer skills (MS Office, core banking systems).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
