Responsibilities
- Transaction Processing: Accurately handle daily cash deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and resolve account issues with patience and professionalism.
- Cash Management: Maintain accurate cash drawers and reconcile daily work to ensure financial integrity.
- Sales & Service: Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch goals.
- Compliance: Adhere to strict security protocols, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) regulations, and internal policies.
- Operations: Assist in maintaining the lobby, managing the drive-thru, and processing mail-in transactions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service or cash handling experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Attributes: Professional demeanor and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
